Lighting, climate, security, audio and video working as one system — not a collection of apps that sort of talk to each other. We design and install whole-home automation and keep it running for the long term, from a single room to a whole estate.
Anyone can fit a smart bulb. A properly designed system is engineered once and works reliably for a decade.
Over 12,000 third-party device integrations, from a single room to a whole-home system.
Crestron for whole-home control, Lutron HomeWorks QSX and RadioRA 3 for the finest lighting and shading control available.
A internationally standardised protocol, ideal where long-term flexibility and manufacturer independence matter.
Consumer unit work, new circuits and structured cabling are carried out to full BS 7671 standard, not just "smart" standard.
We design cabling infrastructure for new-builds and renovations so future upgrades don't mean opening up walls again.
Segmented networks and secured access as standard — a smart home is only as safe as its weakest connected device.
A single-room upgrade and a whole-estate installation share nothing in common except the ambition to make the technology disappear.

All figures are for a professionally designed and installed system — DIY smart home products are a different market entirely, and mixing the two comparison sets is the most common source of quote confusion in this industry. Final price depends on property size, system choice, and how much structural cabling is required.

A £25 smart plug and a £60,000 Crestron system are solving completely different problems. DIY kits give you individual smart devices; professional installation gives you one properly engineered system where lighting, climate, audio and security genuinely work together — and where someone stands behind it in ten years' time.
Control4 is the most accessible professional platform with the widest device compatibility. Crestron is the higher-end benchmark for whole-home control on substantial properties. Lutron isn't a whole-home platform — it's the best dedicated lighting and shading control available, and often specified alongside Crestron or Control4. KNX is an open, internationally standardised protocol, worth considering if long-term manufacturer independence matters to you. We'll advise honestly on which fits your project.
Yes, and we'd strongly recommend it. The cable you don't put in during construction becomes a very expensive retrofit later — pre-wiring for future automation costs very little extra during a new build or major renovation.
