Polarity Electrics London Ltd aims to make this website and our customer communications usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input or adapted display settings.
What we aim to support

- Clear headings, labels, instructions and error messages.
- Readable colour contrast and layouts that reflow on smaller screens.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and descriptive link text.
- Privacy and booking choices that do not depend on pointer input.
Known limitations
The optional Setmore booking calendar is a third-party embed and may not match every accessibility feature of the main site. It remains blocked until consent, and you can instead contact us by telephone, email, WhatsApp or an ordinary website form. Some older PDF-style sample content or externally supplied certificates may also have limited structure; contact us for an accessible alternative.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two working days and provide a practical response as soon as reasonably possible.
