A unit that's never been serviced loses efficiency long before it fails outright. We install, service and replace air conditioning systems on a fixed schedule, across every sector — so it stays cold in summer, warm in winter, and cheap to run all year.
Every install, service and refrigerant handling job is carried out and certified against the specific standard your system and property type is held to.
Governs the handling, recovery and leak-checking of fluorinated refrigerants — only F-Gas certified engineers can legally work on your system.
The design, installation and safety standard for refrigerating systems and heat pumps, including air conditioning.
Sets minimum efficiency requirements for new and replacement fixed air conditioning and comfort cooling systems.
Requires employers to maintain a reasonable working temperature and adequate ventilation in the workplace.
Applies to air-to-air and air-to-water heat pump systems installed under government incentive schemes.
Most manufacturer warranties are void without an annual service carried out by a certified engineer — we keep that record for you.
From a single bedroom to a full office floor, the right configuration changes the running cost, the noise level and the install time. We scope to the space, not a default unit.
One indoor unit, one outdoor condenser — most homes and small offices
Multiple indoor units on one outdoor condenser — multi-room homes
Variable refrigerant flow — large offices, multiple zones, precise control
Hidden in the ceiling void, discreet outlets — offices and higher-end homes
Ceiling-mounted, 360° airflow — retail, open-plan offices
No install required, lower efficiency — short-term or temporary cooling
Cooling and heating via wet central heating — whole-home systems
Tight temperature and humidity tolerance for IT and comms equipment
The right system, service interval and redundancy plan depends entirely on what's in the room — we scope to the sector, not a generic split unit.
Bedroom or living room comfort cooling, annual service
Landlord-supplied system serviced at tenancy changeover
Communal and per-room cooling, higher usage duty
Zoned control across floors, 6-monthly service typical
Shop-floor cooling, high footfall thermal load
Tight tolerance, redundant units, continuous monitoring
High heat load, grease-aware servicing, frequent filter changes
Infection-control ventilation considerations, higher service frequency
Classroom comfort cooling, serviced around term dates
Spot cooling for control rooms and staff welfare areas
Air conditioning systems have a working life of around 10-15 years. Pick the level of cover that matches how much of that lifecycle you want us to manage.
Confirms every unit is running efficiently, on a fixed annual schedule, keeping your warranty valid.
Servicing plus refrigerant top-ups and minor faults fixed as part of the plan.
Servicing, breakdown cover and full unit replacement at end-of-life built in — never budget for it separately again.
Scoped to your system type, unit count and site count.

New single-split system installed in a first-floor bedroom, R32 refrigerant, quiet-mode indoor unit.
Replaced two ageing portable units with a permanent multi-split system across three rooms.
Routine service of a VRF system across two open-plan floors, filters replaced throughout.
Dual redundant precision cooling units installed for a small comms room, tight humidity tolerance.
Cassette units installed across four classrooms ahead of the summer term, low-noise specification.
Full service across a residential care facility's VRF system, two units flagged for refrigerant top-up.
Service of ducted comfort cooling across 28 guest rooms and the ground-floor restaurant.
End-of-life cassette units replaced with higher-efficiency R32 equivalents ahead of a busy season.
Single-split spot cooling installed for a warehouse control room and staff welfare cabin.

Most domestic and light commercial systems should be serviced annually to stay efficient and keep the manufacturer's warranty valid. Higher-use commercial and VRF systems are typically serviced every 6 months.
Most domestic installations fall under permitted development, but there are exceptions for flats, listed buildings and conservation areas. We check this as part of every survey before installation.
R32 has a significantly lower global warming potential than the R410A it's replacing and is now the standard refrigerant in new systems. Older systems using R410A can still be serviced, but replacement parts are becoming harder to source.
Most systems have a working life of 10-15 years with regular servicing. Our Full Lifecycle Plan builds replacement into the monthly fee so it's never a surprise cost.
